This is an apparent paradox right?

how is it possible for bacteria to survive in really hot conditions. for example some thermophills can live in hot springs with temperatures as high as 300 celcius. at this temperature wouldnt their protiens all denature? Its interesting that some thermophilles can survive in ambient temperatures. this gives them the ability to survive at temperatures spaning 275 celcius! surely proteins cant be adapted to withstand this difference in temperature? what about the enzymes....
