Is this a good deal for a big screen tv?

Just got a 55 inch Samsung LCD-LED HDTV 1080p and 240hz plus a 3 year total warranty for $2,749 plus tax. Also, they are mounting it in our entertainment center for free! (saves $230 installation)... My hubby is pretty frugal and this is our first new tv since we got married 7 years ago. I was stoked when we bought the tv and entertainment center but he is making himself sick with worry that he spent too much...he said he couldn't even sleep last night...I'm trying to make him feel better about it...
