Does anyone know where to find the information about 2006 Tex/Mex border guard corruption?

I told my friends about the article I read about the corruption within immigration itself where border crossing guards were transporting people across the border for 400 dollars a person in US border vans, they had a multimillion dollar operation in a house in Texas that was busted, they were also transporting drugs across the border and had an illegal alien working in immigration in the US connected to it along with were stealing money from the Consulate in Ciudad Juarez if I remember it all correctly.
