I always gag no matter what whenever I try to take any sort of pills even though I can easily swallow pieces of food 10x bigger without chewing. It's all a mental game. Just surprise yourself with new foods and don't build it up into something horrible and gross when it's really not. You can also ease yourself into healthy foods with licking first or mixing them in with what you like. Throw some sliced bananas into frosted flakes....it's yummy.
