Where can I find a Nanny for my 19 month old daughter in Bridgewater, NJ?

I need someone to care for my daughter. She's very intelligent and active for her age and I would like to find the right Nanny for her. Someone trustworthy, caring, with patience, intellect, and someone who is able to do light housework as well. Nanny search engines don't seem to be helping me much. I'm also partial to someone with a South Asian descent.
