Where can i get a dress?

style wise, i'm looking for a cute above-the-knee dress for a daytime graduation ceremony. an open back or keyhole style would be cool... maybe a bit nicole-richie inspired. or anything, really, because i've tried just about everywhere i know and found nothing. some suggestions would be AWESOME
