Does Anybody know of a Bot to Auto "Hit" the Enter Key?

As simple as that. All I need is a program to automatically hit the enter key after a specified amount of time. I would prefer freeware although i am also willing to buy a program if I have to. I have Windows XP if that matters any. Thanks for your time reading/responding (hopefully) to this question.
