MTG: What is the best way to shut down a white/blue control deck that doesn't run creatures?

I really want to know what you mean by RWD. It does not sound like any deck I have ever seen. What do you mean Lightning bolt cant touch Venser when he hits the field? Of course you can LB it. Play a deck that is fast, Elves, Titan Ramp, Eldrazi Ramp, and Red Deck Wins are all examples of decks that would work. Elves and RDW are the fastest and cheapest. Why are you using contagion clasp to proliferate in a blue deck? Thrummingbird is so much better for proliferate.
