How to remove firewalls for limewire and ares???? fyi I have spyware terminator installed on my computer...?

Can Someone PLEASE help?????? My Limewire and Ares will not work after i installed spyware terminator. I beleive this my be the problem. i dont want to uninsall it beacause i need the prtection! does anyone know how to make exceptions for these programs???
