Grand theft auto (gta) san andreas secret car?

My friend said there was a secret car in the game, ( NOT THE PHOENIX !!!) and apparently it continuously drives around. One friend said it was a special cheetah, another a hummer styled car (like the patriot). Anyone help me please ??
