Does anyone experience these symptoms?

I may have allergies or sinus problems. I feel stuffy, my head/eyes hurt, sneezing, nasal drip and extremely tired. The only thing that's different from my previous symptoms is the feeling of not being able to focus properly. The best way to explain it is when moving my head or eyes, for a few seconds, I feel the way someone feels when they spin around in a circle and then stop. It's like you need to focus but can't for a few seconds. Does anyone else feel like this when congested? Is there anything I can do to alleviate this sensation? Thanks for any help.
