Do I Have Genital Warts?

I am 14 years old and have never had . A few months ago I noticed a white bump on my . It appeared overnight with no warning. I was worried at first but it died within 2 days and caused no problems as far as I am concerned. A few days ago it reappeared and I have no idea where it came from. Could this be a genital wart, otherwise known as HPV?
